Office Coordinator
Reindeer Property Management is looking for an Office Coordinator to handle the day to day administrative functions for the business. This person would report to the Leasing Manager and Business Development lead and be responsible for answering phones, keeping all advertising and web base programs updated, scheduling showings, coordinating maintenance calls, managing project plans, prioritizing work flows, following up on applications and various other responsibilities and work requested by the Leasing Manager, Owners and Business Development Leader. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a High School degree, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in computer skills including Excel, Word, Office and other Web based programs. This person must be a self-starter who is focused and very hardworking.
Maintenance Technician
Reindeer Property Management is looking for a first rate Maintenance Technician to work on the team to repair, maintain and build as needed within the business focused on residential homes, apartment buildings and commercial properties. We are looking for two (2) accomplished tradesman, one carpenter and a painter. The ideal candidates would be able to flex in and out of different projects as needed, so painters would help lay carpet and carpenters would help paint if needed. The ideal candidate will come with references, and track-record of accomplishment and required on the job training. We want team players that are pleasant and respectful people and are willing to work hard and that are intensely reliable.
